[UPDATE] Term 4 + End of year holiday practices

Dear Parents and Dancers,

As mentioned on the printed copy of schedule given, the time for practices during end of year practices is now confirmed. Please see the attached updated schedule:

Please note the changes in releasing time and estimated performing time for Mid Autumn Celebration on this Friday:

1    Nature of Activity:          Dance Performance for Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration

2    Place:                             Nan Hua Primary School

3    Date (Day):                    16^th September 2016, Friday

4    Time of Assembly:         3.30pm (Dance Room)

5   Time of Dispersal:           7.20pm (Dance Room) (Rehearsal time: 4.30pm; Est. performing time: 6.55pm)

6   Attire to school:               Buttoned school uniform, dance black tights, slippers

7    Hair:                               Two french pleats (center-parting)

8   Things to bring:               Water bottle, light snacks, a story book, a bag (big enough to keep belongings)

9          Teacher/s in charge:   Mrs Tiang and Mdm Pek Hai Lin

*Do have a heavy lunch before assembling, dinner will be provided.

*Dancers will go home after debrief in dance room with their makeup on.

*Costume and hair accessories have to be returned straight after performance.
