CCA Option & Open House

This post is for parents who are interested to enrol your child into Dance CCA.

Please note the following details:
Dance CCA consists of two different groups: School Team & Modular Groups.

Mondays
School Team: 3pm – 6pm
(Only for pupils who have dance background & passed our audition)
*No dance fee is needed
* School Team will be the group representing school for SYF.

Tuesdays
Modular Groups (commence on 16 Feb 2016)
Dance fee is required.
Semester 1: 12 sessions
Semester 2: 14 sessions
*Fees does not include dance attire (actual fee and schedule will be given to your child once your child is selected into dance)
Timeslots: 
2.15pm – 3.45pm (Primary 1 & Primary 2)
3.45pm – 5.15pm (Primary 3 to Primary 6)
(Modular groups are for pupils who are interested in dance, having little / no background in dancing.)
* ALL new members need to go through at least 12 dance sessions before being considered for School Team.
* After the last session, pupils will put up a dance performance during Orientation for Year 2017 intake. 


Special note to Modular Groups of Year 2015,
You have to select Dance as your CCA again if you still want to join dance in Year 2016.

Practice days for Semester 1 2016 (updated on 4 January 2016)

Dear Parents,

Same as previous years, there will be an additional lesson from 4 January till SYF. For 2016, the additional day falls on Wednesday. Attached is the practice schedule for Semester 1 including March and mid-year holidays. Please plan your child's outside school activities such that they will not clash with our practice days because attendance is compulsory. We seek your understanding by doing so.

Our girls have been practicing hard and can't wait to shine on stage. We hope the girls will achieve Distinction in SYF again and leave a great memory in their primary school life (especially for our Primary 6 dancers). However, this will not be possible without everyone's effort and contribution. Hence, let's all continue to strive.

Lastly, a BIG thank you for being so supportive throughout. =)

Mid Autumn Festival 2015

Dear Parents & Dancers,

We have just issued consent form for next Friday performance. Please acknowledge and return the reply slip on coming Monday. Also, we hope to have you to come and help us with the makeup and support our hardworking dancers.

Also, not forgetting our very first Kpop dance performance at Library @ Esplanade in 2013.
It's not easy to perform with the audience sitting right in front so close to you but our girls are AWESOME, they have done a GREAT job!
Let's see when can we do this again! =)
